If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please contact us immediately. However, we can’t guarantee that we’ll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers’ way quickly. If you placed your order during the weekend or after business hours, please send us an email. You can find our contact preferences by clicking here..

You will receive your order confirmation by email or SMS ( if option selected at checkout). If you haven’t received it, just double check to make sure it didn’t land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.

If you still cannot locate Please contact ourĀ customer servicesĀ and we will resend the email. We will also confirm the email address that it was sent to.

Shipping

Free shipping worldwide and usually it takes 1-4 days to fulfil an order, after which itā€™s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location.

In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a shipping return fees to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
